After bouncing around to other groomers, I returned here with my very matted messy dog who was in dire need of grooming. I was scared because the last place I brought her left her with razor burn all over & she was so sick. We had to get meds from the vet & she had to wear a cone. Today after her grooming at Ruffing It, she came home prancing around in a great mood!! We had a very poor experience at Ruffing It. Both of our dogs smelled so bad when we picked them up. They must have been laying in feces. Both dogs have diarrhea so bad that they don't even make it to the door to be let out. They were there for 2 days and we picked them up at noon Jan 1st. They were not open that day....I am not sure that they had been let outside at all until we picked them up at noon. We will never take our dogs back to this place.
My pup had his first haircut today from ruffing in it!! He looks amazing!! Thank you!!

My dogs & I love Ruffing It! They race to the car, whine from excitement the entire ride there, then bolt to the door when we arrive. We are often greeted with a big 'hi Molly/Daisy!' They go above & beyond with my special needs Daisy. I have seen staff hugging & loving on the dogs, trying to get selfies with them. Love it! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Ruffing It!
