This was our first time bringing our dog here. They were very rude at drop off. Barely even got to say goodbye. During picking him up, no mention of how it went or how he got along with other dogs. Also, didn't mention he got kennel cough. Didn't notice until we got home. Very unsatisfied and considering not going back. Will tell everyone I know of the poor service unless resloved.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled two nights for my two dogs last minute because the normal place I would send them was already booked. I live an hour outside of Grand Forks and drove through to drop my dogs off on my way to the cities. I called to set up a late pickup time because we got stuck in the cities later than we expected. Since I couldn't make the 4pm scheduled time I had to set an appointment for 9pm because nobody would be working 4-9. We hung out in Grand Forks until 9 so we could get our dogs. We tr... read more
We <3 Erica's work. She does an amazing job taking the pounds of hair my Willy. He doesn't like going in, but he feels like a million bucks when he leaves. She's compassionate & cares for him like he's her own, which makes me very happy, & he would tell me if he didn't like her.
We sent our pug Gertie to Ruffin it over 4th of July weekend. It was her first experience boarding with any kennel. When I picked her up she was excited to see me, but you could tell she had a great time staying with you guys! And once we got home she was pooped. You could tell she was played out. We also have our other dog, Tinkerbell groomed with you guys and she always come back looking amazing and you guys always say how great she was. I just think that you guys do a great job with the dogs!
I will not bring my dog there again. They lost her leash and toy and back pack. I had her they 6 day she didn't like it they at all. I don't think they feed them and get them water.
My dog gets excited when it is daycare day. She loves it there. She comes home tired. Since I cannot be with her all the time, I know she is well taken care of at Ruffin It.
