Such a great experience! I came here with my partner and the staff were very lovely and went beyond our expectations. Perfect for relaxation, and my back and shoulders feel much better after the one hour massage. I will definitely be coming back. ❤️
The team at Reun Thai Massage Spa are absolute experts at what they do. You can feel the wealth of knowledge and experience behind each treatment. We went here for our anniversary and the staff had prepared a parting gift of flowers, chocolate and a card! I cannot recommend this spa enough. The treatment was incredible and the team are the most welcoming. 11/10 👏
This is the first time I’ve been here, but thought I’d give it a try as I was in so much pain in my neck and shoulders and spas I’d usually go to were fully booked…and I can tell you, this is the only place I’ll be going in the future. The staff were highly professional and attentive, the massage was exceptional, I opted for 90 mins and chose a neck, back and shoulders and hot stone massage. Absolutely fantastic. I had a Thai massage here today and it was amazing. They have relieved so much tension in my back and I feel very relaxed. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be back. My daughter came with me too to have her first Thai massage and she too loved it. Thanks again.
Terrible experience. The therapist didn’t ask what pressure I wanted and used way too much force. When I said it was painful, she told me to stay quiet so I wouldn’t disturb others which is completely unacceptable. I complained and asked for compensation, but instead of taking responsibility, the manager emailed me basically telling me to go elsewhere. No apology, no concern, just a dismissive attitude.
