I recently got a car from the auction and needed a key made, I had the receipt, 21 day permit, bill of sale, ID and everything, “Mike”initially said I needed the title to make the key and then I told him I can’t get the title because the inspection sheet has to be sent to my house for it to be cleared and passed for it to entitled a title. Found a Chevy Silverado that they had on cargurus. Went to a different dealer first that had the same truck to have a comparison. Their truck was much nicer and cleaner. Price was right there. Wished they'd moved a little but still felt that we got a fair deal. Also a full tank of gas would have been nice as we had to fill it on the way home. Fantastic staff from the receptionist, to the salesman to the finance gentleman. All very pleasant, professional and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
We drive a brand new car off the lot yesterday only to have an unresponsive dash today. I called them and was told that it NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPDATE that should have been completed when the car was in the lot! There were two full days between purchase and pick up for a job that requires 45 minutes of time. Total fail.
This is the best service department! Matt got my car serviced in record time. He is super professional and friendly!
If you own an Acura, I would recommend that you make the trip to the Buerkle Acura service department in order to avoid working with this team at all cost. I can say in full confidence that my family and I will not be purchasing another Acura and will not be able to refer anyone we know to purchase an Acura because of both the poor quality of the 'luxury' vehicle and truly more importantly the poor service we experienced, in comparison to other luxury brand vehicles that we own.
