Service is disappointing. Told I have cracking drive belts and head gasket after having a 75k mile service a matter of weeks ago. Guess the “inspection” I paid for was not done well. Also wanted $400 to replace a dented sensor that may or may not be the problem. Looked like a manufacturing defect to me. No thanks. Really loved this car up to now. Will be looking to replace and not with a Subaru. So sad.

Tighten oil pan bolt so hard had to use a impact gun to unscrew it. Over flowed on oil, and the service advisor I swear they need to be replaced. Did not listen one word I said and before I can even speak they talk over you and hang up.
I went to test drive the black Honda Civic they have there and it had a terrible engine shake, and the car felt bad to drive and I asked him if anything was wrong and he lied to me and said” no everything is perfect and checked out” so I drove the car back and left the dealership
