I love my 2016 Crosstrek-took it in a couple of days ago for a recall on the rear lights and got an oil change. Enjoyed the large waiting room and complimentary treats and coffee. They even changed the dashboard readout for me.

total circus, rude service advisor and technicians, tried to act smart when I asked why my brake fluid was on level yet my service sheet says its low. i asked if I can see my vehicle when it's up in the service bay and why I cannot get to see my vehicle when it's being serviced because I needed to see what these leaks they claim it has and said they don't want to work under pressure that my. so they mismatched my diff oil during the first fluid exchange sale and then when I come back for a new fluid change they dispute it wa... read more

Great service through entire process of seeking best vehicle for our family. Small technical issue two week after taking possession. Not only did service call with easy fix within an hour or two, but sales team called a few minutes prior to to the tech and made sure things were in order to help.
