From Moe in sales to Landon In finance. We had a great experience with them. They were not pushy, and explained everything to us.
Not happy with service. Should've known my business was not appreciated from the first couple phone interactions. I was told to drop off my car on sunday after hours. I wasnt told where to go as I had to search the dealership to find where the key box was and ended up parking the car somewhere. My family has been Luther White Bear Acura and Subaru customers for more than two decades. However, my recent experience has been nothing but an absolute disappointment and disbelief.
