White Bear Acura provided me with prompt, courteous and comfortable service. Their shop, lounge and restrooms were all spotless and my MDX was actually finished earlier than expected.

Absolutely terrible service. I will NEVER do business with Luther dealerships after how I was treated today.
I took my car in for a scheduled appt. During the initial inspection they noticed that I needed new tires. They were able to get me the new tires that day. It did take most of the day (good thing I had a morning appt). Dee gave me a loaner car so that I could get errands run and not have to wait. Dee was quick with managing what was going to happen with my car and made sure I understood the service that was going to happen.
I was so impressed with the way I was treated at White Bear Subaru. They went out of their way to help me select the right car, spent tons of time with me, and never pressured me into anything. They were respectful and knowledgeable, and I felt very good about the price. I'm loving my new Outback!
***Buyer Beware*** They're quick to make the sale, but don't expect the same kind of customer service after the sale. I purchased a used 2010 Hyundai Elantra vehicle from them a couple weeks ago. My salesman was very quick to reply to all of my emails and concerns prior to the sale. After he handed me off to the finance guy, it felt like the sales relationship had ended.
