RecommendedI’ve bought 2 Subaru Outbacks from them and they were nothing less than professional and friendly. When I bought a Used car here, somehow it was overlooked that it had two different brands & sizes of tires on it. I brought it to the attention of the dealership when I took those tires off to swap for snows about 2 weeks after buying. Ronnie was super professional and accepted that that was not how the dealership normally does things—he replaced the 4 mismatched tires with a complete new set as soon as I brought them over. I was very satisfied with my purchase.
I understand the cold weather in Minnesota but your Facebook page NEVER indicated that you were closing early. So I came there at 4:58pm and was told to leave because the place is closing at 5! Staff didn't even offered to help or ask! Waste of my time driving there. Next time communicate online that you're closing early!!!!!
Try to sell you things when you don’t need them right now by telling falsehoods. Seeing a young woman and thinking “ignorant and gullible”.
Friendly staff! They were quick at scheduling a test drive and accommodating for me to pick up my "new" car later that night.
I lease a Forester and our sales person, Moe, was top notch and wonderful to work with. I have always gotten my oil changes at my dealers. However, after 3 oil changes here, I will no longer come here. My last one 2 days ago cost $80 and took an hour and a half! The cost is ludicrous and my time is also valuable. The service person stated they have been behind since the first car rolled in that morning. Unacceptable!
