Took my 2006 Honda Element in for an oil change. The technicians were able to take care of an airbag recall in addition to this unscheduled (oil change) service. The whole process took three hours due to the volume of vehicles that were being serviced; ended up walking the Used and New Car Lots. Inside the waiting area, they had an really nice S2000CR on display; I just drooled. The service was excellent, just wish it was a little quicker.

Lleve mi crv sólo por un cambio de aceite y me robaron cosas de la guantera, fui a reclamar y no me hicieron caso y fui a poner el reporte a la policía y nada mas , no actúan !! Fue el cambio de aceite más caro que he echo , y eso que tienen camaras!!!
If there were negative stars I'd definitely choose one. Customer service has gone out the window here. Service advisors lack interpersonal skills and think that one goes there for the free popcorn. Twice in a row they have performed poorly to the standards they used to have. The only good experience was speaking to Alex the friendly cashier.
