Jaime helped me with getting everything i needed for my vehicle, I went in with a nail on my tire and a basic oil change. Jaime ensured me that everything would be taken care of while i was at work and he did just that. Great customer service hands down!

Apparently a piece of my trim fell off while they where making my new keys. The service manager told me that they didn't know what happened to it but they offered to give me half off fixing the problem. After dropping 300 bucks on keys it didn't seem smart to spend more on fixing a problem that happened while my car was under their care. The service manager mentioned that it must have happened recently because the clips that previously held the trim where clean. I think I understand why people drive to Las Cruces to buy cars
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Literally has to ask if someone wanted to sell a car. Ended up at El Paso Honda and was a great service. Gonna buy 2nd in 2 months.

Well we purchased a honda Pilot from Rudolph Honda. It said it was a certified preowned car (used mainly as a loaner) and had a little over 4000 miles on it. We never expected the car not to have a new oil change. Got home with it, and checked the oil indicator and noticed it was at 20%. How can it be certified and not have a new oil change. A bit over booked! I made an appointment and it still took over three hours to get oil changed! Dropped off car and then they call me saying I didn't leave the key!! I had told them when I left where the keys were ! They never asked for them . Then they say it's ready and I go to pick it up and another 45 minutes to wash it'! Hope next time is better
