As with a new Odyssey back in 2005, Rudolph Honda gave us a very good price on a new Accord LX the other day. The sales person was very helpful and the numbers were in line with the research I had done previously. I also had no issues with insistence on adding unnecessary costs. As auto dealerships go, our experiences with these two purchases, as well as services performed in the past were accompanied by integrity. I hope that will continue!
The maintenance department at Rudolph Honda always knocks it out of the park. They are great. We were going on a 1500 mile trip and would have gone over our service interval while on the road. They got us in on time and out faster than expected. We have never had service like this at any dealership, even the European car dealers, in El Paso. Thanks again for exceeding our expectations.

Just had my CRV serviced and had a great experience as usual. This is my second CRV (both purchased from Rudolph) and have always used Rudolph's service department. My husband and I used to own an auto repair shop, but since getting out of the business, we have never taken our vehicles anywhere else for service. Went in several months ago and the sales guy Lam told me they had a vehicle in stock and they did not. My time is too valuable to play games.
