Great friendly service. Attendants we're courteous & professional. Brought in my Honda Ridgeline due to a recall. Everything was explained & the "waiting area" was great.
Staff was slow at first to acknowledge me but once they got with me on my needs, I was very professionally taken care of. Would DEFINITELY recommend the dealership to all Honda owners! ���
Had a great experience. Got a new battery with my warranty, car was washed, and the nice note on my dashboard with an employee/technician's signature gave it a super nice and genuine touch to my experience. The only thing I would change to make it better is to have snacks available. I am used to this back home in California and there was a popcorn machine-- but no popcorn. I came straight from work and was starving. A small snack would have helped greatly. Thanks.
The service staff was awesome. Very helpful. I am so bad with names. Think her name was Claire. Lady with the tattoos on her arms. She kept me up to date on progress of service. Very friendly.
Shout out to Brisa Hernández. She was so helpful while we were choosing our CRV and continues to help answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend her.
I live in Horizon and I drive all the way here because of the excellent customer service! Always treated with respect!
Service is great. Saturday is busy. Holiday weekend - busy.
Horrible service...the oil change takes forever..oh, and don't try to call to service, never answer the phone.
