Just wanted to say how much we appreciate all that Lisa did for us trying to find the perfect car for our needs. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great salesperson. Although we did not find exactly what we were looking for there, we will look forward to doing business with Lisa and your dealership in the future.
I was so excited to get some info on a Honda. We drove in all the way from the east side, pulled up and saw all the construction signs. We walked around the building looking for some help. There was no one around. We took it upon ourselves to check out the inventory there on the lot. After a while, we finally saw an employee helping another person. When they finished, the employee looked at us from afar, turned his back to us, and walked away. I was extremely disappointed; I will be going elsewhere.

Avoid the service department. Extremely disappointing service from Rudolph Honda. I arrived with a recently detailed 2018 CR-V for just an oil change and I left the place with a CR-V full of water spots, water dripping from everywhere. I dont understand the obsession placing cars in your poor quality carwash if I did not asked for it. Then I received a 10% discount of the next change and they played dumb when I point it that they did not apply the discount .
