Okay service and reasonable prices. Beware of referral checks. They will make excuses not to pay. Also, they will provide information to Allstate, an office that is located in the same building, and The reps. at Allstate will issue insurance cards without your consent pulling information from your vehicle purchase.
Bought a used vehicle and all kinds of promises were made, none of them kept. They forget your number once you sign the papers.
I love it there. Even though yesterday it took a long time for an oil change, it usually doesn't. But I had my grandson with me and the kids area kept him busy. Everyone is really nice there too.
Went in with the intent to purchase an HRV with all wheel drive, and both of their AWD models wouldn’t even start. If that’s not a bad omen when the dealer can’t keep their new cars in enough working order to just turn over, I don’t know what is. I will say that the salesman was really nice and I could tell he was really upset at the situation. I don’t blame him. He lost a commission because of it.
Im a new customer at this dealership, yesterday was bearly my first time going there for an oil change , the staff that work there at the service department are awesome nice, courteous and respectful. Delicous pop corn and drinks! While you wait along with TV's and comfortable couches. Unfortunately a new employee was attending me, and he forgot my tire rotation that goes along with my oil change.
