Don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion I can thoroughly recommend Rudell's in Harborne. Traded in my watch against a pre owned Tudor which I am really pleased with. Excellent customer service, agreeable transaction and everything went very smoothly. Many thanks to Beverley and Dan, a pleasure to deal with. A lovely store well worth a visit.
