I haven’t commented on the rooms or location as it doesn’t matter to me, but the service… Full stars for the restaurant and roof top spa staff! I arrived more excited than I left… I was given my itinerary at the start, who books a full 2 course lunch with a full body massage straight after? Surely common knowledge? The treatment waiting area is underground with no windows, so how come there was countless flies? I went in the room to read and I couldn’t even relax! Constant buzzing and landing around you! We had a lovely stay at Rudding Park. Josh Leigh organised everything for us and made it all so easy – thank you! Also a big thanks to Jamie in the restaurant, who was so welcoming and looked after us really well. Great service and a great experience all round.
Best place I have ever been to. Went to a two day wedding there and nothing could have been done any better. Bar was a bit expensive but the staff and everything else was exceptional.
