I had a booking for a full set of lashes for the week after next, i emailed Rubys and asked if there was any chance they could fit me in this week due to having a 40th birthday this weekend and they shuffled things round to fit me in, Lucy was amazing and very professional and I am super impressed with my lashes they are beautiful very happy with them, Lucy made me feel very comfortable.
