The idea for Ruby’s Diner was born in 1980 after a run on the beach. Doug Cavanaugh had just returned to his native Southern California after successfully restoring and running a restaurant on Nantucket Island off Cape Cod. It was an awesome experience eating at Ruby’s. People were great and the food was excellent. Recommend this place to anyone who visits Huntington Beach!!
Love the atmosphere of the tiki bar eating area upstairs! Classic, quality Ruby's food that they are know for at a great price. Highly recommend making a visit!
