Ruby is very rude to her customers 0% customer care, I liked the nails she did the first time but was treated badly on my next attempt, I left without looking back
I booked in advance for my nails via phone call and they booked me in no problem. I then later received a message to say I need to pay a £40 deposit or my booking won’t be reserved. They didn’t mention this on the phone and the text could’ve been anyone! However I wrote back and they said my slot is now gone. I think this is extremely poor service, I took time off work for this appointment and moved all my plans to suit them. Really dissapointed and will not be recommending Ruby Nails after the experience I had.
I have been coming here for nearly 6 months and they are the best nails I’ve ever had. They are a lovely couple and work so hard and will always do what you have in mind and more. I love turning up and just being spontaneous and telling her to go wild and design something awesome and different and she never fails me. Love love love this place
