I appreciated the automated check-in, and ease of check-out. Made for a very efficient process. The room left quite a lot to be desired. You had a choice of crawling through a tiny gap to get into bed, or jumping over a wall. I'm on the smaller side - I think it would have been a real struggle for larger individuals. Would definitely have been very awkward for couples. Room also only had one uncomfortable stool to sit on, and the door arrangement for the combined shower/toilet was frankly bizarre.

Superbe hôtel. Magnifiquement situé. Equipe hôtelière et manager aux petits soins. Chambres confortables et bien insonorisées, literie moelleuse (attention aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de dos, peu de soutien), du thé et des infusions disponibles and free. Petit déjeuner recommande. Enjoy !

Amazing Team of genuinely kind people who do everything to make guests comfortable and ensure guests are having the best time. Breakfast and Beverages here are excellent. Ruby Lucy is a definite "must-stay" place in London. It's also walking distance to the London Eye and Waterloo Station and Westminster Pier for our Thames River cruise. Tons of restaurants and shopping right here.
