Loving my replacement emerald and diamond ring recreated by Richard following it being crushed by a vehicle that managed to force out the 3 stones!
I saw Richard recently as I needed a repair done on my engagement ring. He fixed it the same day and replaced the missing stone whilst I waited. I cannot thank him and the team enough, such kind lovely people who I would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Richard recently repaired my Nan’s tiara ready for my wedding next year and he did a wonderful job especially as I didn’t think it would be repairable in the first place. His communication was great all throughout the process and he went above and beyond to help. Would 100% recommend RTFJ!
