I have been a fan of this charity for years, but unfortunately, I will not come back. I had a bad experience today,when a customer ask the lady at the till if she could knock down the price for 2 cushions as she didnt need the cushions just the covers. I said you are not ashame to ask for discount in a charity shop, and I asked the woman : Do you ask for discount when you go to MS? As she had nothing to say to prove me wrong. The atmosphere is very Charitable and a the staff was friendly
Items were labeled and priced accordingly, it may be your lucky day to unearth hidden GEMS. The STAFFING COMPLIMENT WERE QUITE HOSPITABLE. You many not find a lot but you will Definitely find gems
We gave about nine bags of clothes and I asked the manager called Grace for one bag back. I went there and gave my phone number and she told me to call back in August which I did. She made different excuses and lies everytime and I called them about four times. She said that some stock has gone to Denham shop when the the other lady working there knew about it as well.
