I'm not a hard-core muscle person at all, just went in with a day pass to use the treadmill. Lots of people working out hard-core, but the owner Matt, was exceptional. He introduced himself to me and couldn't have been nicer. Very impressed with his customer service. The ladies locker room is small, but has a dry sauna. They also provide towels, which are big and soft. Will definitely go back.
The absolute best public gym that money can buy! I will never go to another place. All ages and sizes are treated like family. The best customer service and trainers who actually take the time to help you and aren't just money hungry people looking to sign you up and take your credit card info. No bull here. Everyone that shows up here shows up with a purpose. Not everyone is a competing athlete nor a beginner, but there's someone for everywhere in between. As a women, I've never felt unwelcome or had rudeness. I've never felt gym stalked either. It's kind of dirty but we're okay with that
