RecommendedI never thought I would find another place like my old gym in Eastpoint after the chain gyms put him out of business. I may even like RO Gym better. Awesome staff and trainers, and most of the other members (at least in the AM) are great as well. No shortage of people to help advise you on how to improve or push you to get that last rep out.
This place is great. Tons of bodybuilding guys here. To some that may be intimidating but to me it’s extremely motivating. For the most part everyone that goes here focused on the goal, which is fit. Being here has allowed me the opportunity to pick up alot of different workouts as well. They also have equipment that haven't I've seen in other gyms and the best part is that they have steel weights. I drive from Detroit daily just to come here which is roughly 23 minutes in travel... But oh well, it's definitely worth it.
clean, lots of machines and weights, very knowledgable staff and super friendly atmosphere. 10/10, this place gives me motivation to work out and keep coming back!

I like this place!! I participated in a deadlift competition here back in December and I'll definitely find an excuse to grab a workout here when I'm in town. Great old school lifters gym!!
Great gym!!!! This gym has everything and some. I'm a powerlifter so it's hard to find a gym that feels like home.
