Lovely guy who did my nails but shoddy job only realised how bad they were when i got outside black paint on my skin fray bits ofnails not filed properly chrome i wanted but they looked dull im having to go over them with polish myself not use again

Booked in for 10:00, they had a whole room of clients in the waiting area, they told me to wait in the line. I kindly explained I booked for 10:00 and they completely disregarded me as they sat a different client down. They were so rude by multitasking, getting clients to pay, while I was explaining that I booked an appointment. Poor customer service, such a run down place, another run of the mill salon. Please do not waste your time.
