It was a great familly friendly hotel which you dont see now days and they are great for familys as there is space in the restraunt and lounge for them to crall and walk also the backroom has darts and a pool table
Clair and Michal were lovely the hotel was amazing I would definitely return agian clean and food was really good
Arrived to a filthy room, stained fridge, makeup on grey not white linen lipstick and mascara or something black. Rusted ceiling bathroom, dirty stinking bath jacuzzi, unhoovered floor..went to complain ask for it to be cleaned to have a mouthy cleaner literally ARGUING that she'd cleaned it in front of myself and husband and again myself downstairs in front of a chubby male beard claimed to be THE MANAGER AND A PRETTY SILENT ONE.. he agreed to change our room to one on 2nd floor which was a massive improvement. Stayed at royal seabank hotel from 18th august until 22nd august booked through caledonian travel.the staff at resturant very kind polite caring and food was good too.my wife being disabled and wheelchair user and cant walk was forced to walk up or down all stairs they do have and thats a lit indeed.we did ask for low level room on booking through caledonian travel and they noted wife was wheelchair user and they noted on booking form to royal seabank ground floor if possible but when we arrived on 18th august we were given ... read more
