The sales department is great. The service department is in need of a little guidance. I had an appointment at 1 pm. I went across the street and ate and searched the web a little. Upon arrival back at the service center an hour and a half later I noticed my car was in the same location. I approached the service desk and ask what the issue was. They said they were taking it in now at 3:10. I need to be home between 4-5 to meet a contractor. So they changed my oil, rotated my tires and said they couldn’t do the flash (update)... read more
