RecommendedEvery car I’ve had has come from Royal. I’ve never had a bad experience with Royal.
Took substantially longer than they estimated. Disappointed that there was no cleaning wipes or sanitizer in the bathroom or other public areas.

I’ve been servicing vehicles with royal Volkswagen for years and have always been pleased with the service I have received. My last service visit will be my last with Royal Volkswagen. I dropped off a vehicle and stated what I wanted repaired, they fixed something else and not what I asked them to fix. I returned the vehicle to have the repairs that I asked for completed, I was informed that it would be another thousand dollars in addition to the 800 I just paid to have repairs completed that did not pertain to what I wanted... read more
