I bought a new key for $185 and after I got the key they told me they won’t be able to program the key..I should go to Chrysler..Chrysler told me they’re not able to program the key I’ve to go to Volkswagen...now I am the owner of a $185 key that’s not working...nobody is interested to help me find a solution..I would NOT recommend this shop for any service to your car!!! P.S. @customer service VW please DM me if you have a solution or a full refund offer...
