After being told by Ross he would call me back about a vehicle I was ready to purchase today, no call. Even if you refuse my offer proper business protocol would be to call the customer back to let them know. After reading the other reviews I'm not surprised.

Nothing but crooks. Do not buy used cars from these people.
Certifed mean very much at this dealership if they are to cheap to change an air filter on their used cars. These folks need to be reported to GM and consumer affairs offices.
Ralph Daniel, the service consultant, and James the Service Technician were BEYOND HELPFUL & COURTEOUS. Thought we were having a problem with our new truck. We were 4 hours from home and 5 hours from our destination when we thought we were having a voltage problem. They IMMEDIATELY took the truck back to test it. They treated us like the only customers at the dealership. Ralph was the nicest guy and looked happy to help us.
