We bought a Tahoe from Skeet Williams and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond what a typical salesman would do. The next time we need a car, we will be going back to Skeet!
We had been looking for a specific van, found it here at Royal. The service was great, no haggling, genuine respectable people, from the sales man up to the owner of the dealership. I wouldn't ever make a statement like this if I hadn't experienced it myself. I will return when looking for another vehicle. Thank you guys, we love our van, and your service.
The parts department have an issue ordering the correct parts (multiple times). Even using the Vin# to look up the part. The manager just shrugged her shoulders at me and said things happen. No general concern how the part needed greatly affected the outcome of the customers day. Hard to buy a car or truck from a place that service is not quality.

I think this place is the worst I've ever dealt with. Their service department will lie to you and treat your car terribly. They didn't do the work they said they would. I was told a new wheel was being ordered for the car after a wreck. When I showed up to get the car the bent wheel was still on there and I was told it was balanced so it's fine. They put bald tires on the front and left grease all over my leather shifter and seats. I also asked for my parts and about half of them were missing when I went to get the car. Lit... read more
These people are totally incompetent when it comes to fixing a car and dealing with insurance. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a body shop and service department. They had my car 3 months and still did not repair it properly.
