the representative that came to fix our washing machine was on time very courteous and very professional he got the job done right
Fast efficient and when I questioned the answers a further exploration was done.. good customer service but not a Fridesare fan AT ALL. Iâve have dishwashers work 5x better that cost a lot less. This one does not dry the dishes and excuses are provided that itâs my water temp or not enough dryer agent and you need to open the door when the cycle is finished to aid in the drying.. Iâm not happy with the product and will not recommend it
Took too long to get a service call and then it was delayed further, however, the Technician you finally sent was EXCELLENT!
