Great service by the 2 technicians that came to replace a part. The only bad thing was the part was on backorder for over 2 mos. Im so thankful to get it replaced. Thank you for your assistance and getting me an appointment when the part came in.
The tech was very nice, after waiting two weeks for a usuable seal that goes around door, the leak in my refrigerator continues to fall and pools under my produce tray. Nice people but my issue was not fixed. Will have to call warranty again and try different company.

The service technician diagnosed the problem perfectly and ordered the required replacement parts to fix my refrigerator/freezer. The same service technician returned with the parts after they arrived, and his installation was done very well. He was a genuinely nice guy in the process too. Thanks for your great work, Dannel.
