The service was friendly, arrived on time. He was efficient and informed me what he was doing. He left the area he worked in clean and as he found it. I give him an outstanding rating.
They came out to check on the noise the refrigerator was making and determine where a screw came from that was found in freezer compartment. I had asked that they check on the filters to be sure they were installed and they didnât. The guy pulled everything out of freezer looked it over and said everything looks fine and we should expect some noise. Not exactly what I was wanting them to do before my warranty ran out.
