Technician was polite and courteous and repaired our dishwasher in quick time also checked the whole washer to assure that there were no other problems with it. Have used royal appliance in the past for refrigerator repair and was very pleased with the outcome. Still working beautifully Thanks for being available when needed for appliance repair.
First of all they didnât do what they told me they would. He diagnosed a damper and control board was bad. Then when came back to install he only brought a damper and told me the company didnât have the control board for it. I called the frig company and they told me he never ordered it and wasnât honest with me. They also sent me this review on a text message at 10:40 pm at night which woke me up.
