The service has always been 5 star with everyone I have been in contact. Although it took 9 months for the part to arrive, I was given updates on the status from Courtney all along the way. Wonderful, from the office personnel to the technician. All were friendly and very knowledgeable about all products. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, and are extremely satisfied.
Our LG Linear Compressor refrigerator had multiple failures, and it took 20 days from 1st call to total repair. Our experience with Royal as our survive provider was perfect in every way. Our service tech, Danel, was knowledgeable, courteous, and immaculate in his care of our home and the workspace. The time it took for service was due to the time it took to get parts, and multiple failures, none of which were the fault of Royal. I will recommend Royal Plumbing to anyone needing home service.

From the time I called to get my washer fixed to the time they came out with the part to fix it was two week!! I went over two and half weeks without a washer. Will never use this company again.
