Avoid their Services at all cost. My LG air conditioner was not working properly so i called lg. They sent royal appliances parts & Service to fix the unit. They came to my property and looked at the unit, and left. Came back 5 days later with new part, and in the process of opening the ac, broke another part in the process and left us without air conditioning.
