The service technician, Mr. Leblanc, was courteous and honest about what could be done for our washer. We appreciate his recommendation for us to get a new washer, but giving us information for options to make our decision.
Technician figured out the problem right away and ordered the broken part on the spot. Afrer just few days he was able to come and fix the washer. Customer service is great too. I didn't have any problem with scheduling and any questions. They call to remind me for the appointment. I strongly recommend this business!
Daniel was great. He was prompt in getting here. I thought the ice dispenser on our ice maker had broken. Daniel found a kitchen utensil had become lodged in the dispenser. He quickly removed it and had the ice maker functioning again.
Had a great experience as the technician explained to us what he was doing, he explained the why, and what we need to do and look for if this happens a again. He was friendly and ge worked very swiftly due to the fact I had a appointment. Great Job!
