Courteous in the phone. Gave me updated times and arrived at appointed times. Was very drawn out process for repair but not their fault, due to warranty company. Repair men were courteous and proficient.

Replaced the wrong part. I ask the tech to replace the filter and he replaced the entire unit and it still leaked. I called LG they sent me a new filter for my week old fridge I put it in. Fixed.
