Tim quickly identified the probable cause of our dead side by side & although no guarantee that new motherboard (non refundable electronics) & ice maker sensor wire would be a âgoâ , he was pretty confident....600.00 parts & labor & we have a good unit again. Tim did not know it but another closer technician did NOT find the broken sensor wire & said he would NOT recommend a new expensive motherboard ....wise counsel by my first guy as that broken sensor wire would have toasted any new board! Thanks Tim.
