The tech is very friendly on time, and explains what's going on. Only issue is that this latest repair did not work. But have already scheduled a follw up visit. Feeeling confident that all will fine.

The technician was very polite and understanding and patiently explained how to operate, clean and reset the icemaker on our new frig that was not functioning as expected. It was an essential lesson i wish the orignal installers had informed me about.
