Michael is an excellent and very knowledgeable technician! He repaired my refrigerator, which was not cooling and freezing properly. He also previously diagnosed a problem with my stand alone freezer, washer, and wall double oven (i.e. the later two items had to be replaced). He is always professional and provides great customer service. He is very easy to talk to and this is much appreciated. I highly recommend Michael and Royal Appliance.
