Tim and Justin analyzed the problem and had the part shipped in within two business days. They completed the work on time and we have our washer back and running again. Thank you!
Dannel came through at a late hour. The office told me I would be the last appointment and I know if any problems you can't get hold of the office after 5 p.m. Better to space appointments out to the next day if the length of the previous job might cause for a cancellation. Fortunately Dannel showed up and did an excellent job.

Excellent service. Came out same day to look at a problem with my freezer after being referred by the manufacturer. Repairman arrived when expected (even received an automated call when he was on his way). He identified the problem quickly and addressed it without trying to sell additional unneeded parts/service. Payment was a breeze (credit card with emailed receipt) and was asked to provide feedback on the experience within an hour after the problem was fixed.
I think the techs were thorough in their approach to diagnosing my dryer. They took their and went through some test. The nextnstep is ro see if my dryer works the way it should.
Michael was the best serviceman. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He ordered the part needed and returned the day after it arrived. A person cannot ask for more.
Royal Appliance is a pleasure to deal with. you are always informed of when your appointment will be they call right before they come and they are professional and know what they're doing... I call them for all my Appliances... washer dryer refrigerator and dishwasher. I've used them for over 17 years!
