Scheduling and tracking the service process were very efficient and the various customer notifications were much appreciated. Technician Dannel was quite thorough with his troubleshooting and follow up parts replacement. His explanation of the problem and the process for completing the repair was clear. He is a very good representative for your company.

Overall the experience was good, they called about what time they would be there, kept me up to date as the time and their arrival adjusted, and they showed up on time. There was however, no communication about me emptying the water from my washer, that I stated multiple times. The repair man, was nice, though very flustered when he realized the water would need to be emptied and he had no means of emptying it. So far my new compressor is doing good----but I wouldn't give Lg a top rating because their compressor quit after just 2 years
