The woman who took my call quickly made me an appointment within 2 days. She was curious and kind. The technician was prompt and quickly figured out the problem of my appliance. He was not pushy in any way and accepted my decision. I appreciated his efficient and thorough service.

The repair on the ice maker of my LG refrigerator was quick and efficient. The service representative was very nice and knowledgeable. I will use Royal for future repairs in all my appliances.
The service man was very thorough and courteous, he did a great job. The phone person was also very helpful and nice. I had a great experience with them!

Michael the technician was prompt polite knowledgeable repairing our dishwasher. I have used Royal since 2010 and will continue to be our choice for appliance repair.
This is the second fuse you have replaced. The fault that blew the fuse has still not been determined. The manufacturer's only solution was for me to purchase an extended warranty. I still would lo like to know why the fuse blew. Is it a product fault or something on my end? I never recommend or buy from this manufacturer again.
Mike found the problem quickly and repaired it. He was friendly and took time to explain what happened.
