We have just stayed one night, we had the suite with the beautiful roll top bath. The room was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly . Location wise is great takes approx 10-15 min to walk into Windsor. Breakfast was lovely good range to choose from and freshly cooked. Definitely recommend staying here

During my friend's stay last week, an incident occurred that raised serious concerns about the integrity of the hotel staff. After having a drink on the ground floor, my friend returned to his room and witnessed a staff member—who had served him just moments earlier—entering his room without permission. The staff placed my friend's luggage on the bed and proceeded to open it. This behavior is highly inappropriate and unacceptable. It reflects a serious breach of trust and privacy.
