Just a few months after leasing our Expedition in June, we are back again to lease a Fusion to help out everyone in the family who needs to drive to work, practice, etc. Once again, Rich came through for us. I was recommended by a friend to try this dealership out since I needed a new Flex and was glad for the recommendation. It was very last minute and I needed a car that day and Ted Roney and Maureen were great. They were able to find my car that fit my needs and were very helpful. I am now the proud owner of a new Flex and love it. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Walked in off the street and I purchased a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion Sport. My experience went well and Loren, my salesperson, was friendly and not pushy what so ever. I told him what I wanted and he found it. I would say this experience was better than the two prior experiences I had in the late 90's. It was time to turn in my leased Chevrolet VOLT and I needed to begin the hunt for a new car. I was disappointed with all of my options until I went to Roy O'Brien and spoke with Suzanne Clem. She guided me to the C-MAX, which frankly I had never heard of prior to our meeting. Thanks to Suzanne's knowledge of the vehicle, outstanding service and genuine interest, I have a car that I love. So Mike and I were chatting about how close it is until the end of our lease. We talked about what we wanted to get after the Fusion... So our friend and salesman, Jerry Fortner called to say hello and one thing led to another. Mike and I went up there on a Thursday afternoon...by 8:00 PM we were driving home our new 2017 Escape with all the bells and whistles. Totally love this car...thanks Jerry for all of your help.
