Excellent combination of family feel and professionalism. They are not pushy. They are patient and flexible at all stages of the buying process. They give advice from the customer's perspective. Ted Roney is great to work with. We bought a 2013 Escape nearing the end of its lease, also bought a 2016 with the 72-month 0%APR plan. Happy with the SUV and the deal; even happier with the dealer.

leased my first car ever in 2014, just turned it in and leased a 2016 ... smoothest transaction ever, Ted Roney was extremly helpful, found a vehicle with the options I was passionate over and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Had it not been for a Ford Technical training and set up for customer technology presentations, would have completed everything sooner ... but in an effort to get me out the door in my vehicle, they bought me lunch at local restuarant, for my time waiting ... OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!!
Just want to say thanks again to Suzanne Clem for helping me get my new Ford Fusion lease. This is the second time she has been my salesperson, and once again was so helpful. She spends all of her time making sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. The last dealership I went to was not a pleasant experience. He spent his time flipflopping between customers. Kudos to Roy O'Brien Ford Dealership, it is a great business! My salesperson (Jerry Fortner), went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted. He located various vehicles I was interested in, even though I changed my mind a few times before the purchase. Jerry also made sure that I was familiar with the technology and features on the car, the day of my purchase. During my visit, I met several of the staff while I was there, and even the owner, Mrs. O'Brien. Thanks for another great car purchase!
What an exceptional buying experience . Everyone there was very kind and efficient. Our salesman Ted spent the extra time to be certain we knew all the features of our new Ford Edge and how to use them.
I wasn't planning on purchasing a new vehicle, but my 19 year old car finally was tired and just didn't want to go any further. So I decided to go to the Ford Dealership at nine mile and mack and decided to lease a 2016 fusion for 3 years and they will purchase it after the 3 years are up. It is a really nice car. Maureen O'Brien Bratto was very professional and very personable. She answered all my questions and concerns. My payments are reasonable and it is nice to have reliable transportation. If you need a new car Suzanne Clem is your girl!!!! I told her what I was looking for, gave her my number and she came back with a car better than I even asked for well within my price range!!!! She got everything ready so I just walked in and signed! No hanging out in the dealership for hours!!!!! Everyone there was super polite and friendly!!!
