I'd like to thank the folks at Roy O'Brien Ford in St. Clair Shores for the complete bait and switch scam they just pulled on my wife. $400+ to replace a trunk latch that not only didn't need to be replaced, but takes a whole 5 minutes of labor($140 was for labor alone). I hope someone from the service department will find their way to this post because they will not be seeing me again. Way to go guys!
We just turned in our 2013 Escape lease for a new 2016 Escape lease. Mary Bleich was our sales person and she was excellent. This is the 3rd product we've purchased from Mary. The transaction was very easy straight forward and she helped us get the best deal possible. We could not be more pleased. Everyone should use Mary!!
